Good morning

It looks like we are heading for one of the warmest and driest April's ever. Weather forecasters say that there will be no rain until next Wednesday which is penultimate day of the month. While it's lovely for us it may be a problem for farmers. You can read all about Spring on the Farm on Junior Newsdesk today and there's a great wee game at the end, which you and your family should enjoy.

Over on Newsdesk today's article is about great apes. If you have any teenage brothers or sisters, you may recognise them! One of my favourite stories is Fantastic Mr Fox - worth another read if you have already read it. Have a wee listen to it and I think you'll agree that Boggis, Bunce and Bean are three horrible individuals.

Thanks for the photos you've sent in today. It's great to see that you are still so busy. Clearing the garden for planting some vegetables and hunting for bugs. P3 have started their, 'It's a Bug's Life,' topic and are busy hunting caterpillars. Perfect weather for it.

Did any of you make your poster for the delivery men? Will you be clapping at your front door tonight?

Remember to keep those who are sick and all of those who help care for them or are working so hard during this time.

Stay safe.
