P1 have been reading all about The Three Little Pigs and the different houses they made.
We decided to find out if the pigs could have used other materials to build their houses.
We gathered lots of different materials from around the classroom and set up some stations.
We all had a go at building a house at one of the stations, it was trickier than we thought!
We then changed stations and put what we learnt to good use and made some great houses.
Then it was time for the Big Bad Wolf (a hair dryer) to come along and try to blow down our house!
Unfortunately not all our houses were strong enough.
