P6 and Preschool Pals: Puddles, Pitch and Plenty of Giggles
Our P6 pupils enjoyed a lovely visit to the Preschool this morning as they took their youngest friends for a dander around St Patrick’s Park. Although the weather was a little wet, it certainly didn’t dampen spirits! The children happily strolled around the pitch, splashing in puddles, sharing jokes and laughter that could almost be heard all the way to St Patrick at the top of Saul mountain.
After their walk, everyone made their way into the clubhouse, where Mrs Fitzsimons had kindly prepared sweets and drinks for the children, along with a warm cup of tea for the adults. Being indoors gave the P6 pupils the opportunity to complete their tasks, learning more about the preschoolers while enjoying plenty of craic together.
To round off a super morning, all the children received a special certificate to celebrate their time together. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and spending more time with our wonderful Preschool Pals!
