As well as learning all about Pancake Tuesday, P4 also made carnival masks and delved into Mardi Gras which is French for 'Fat Tuesday!' It also takes place on the day before Ash Wednesday as people feast before the fast day! We rounded up our Indian restaurant business, as next week we will be focusing on China and Chinese New Year which is being celebrated at the moment.
