P4 have had fun this week learning all about the Indian Festival of Diwali. To cement this learning we also delved into some Activity Based Learning around our topic. Groups had the opportunity to 'cook,' serve and be customers in our Indian Restaurant, we made beautiful Divas from coloured clay, one group made some very decorative elephants while some made colourful Rangoli patterns from coloured rice. They even did a fabulous job of tidying afterwards!
