We enjoyed our exciting new Hyrox after-school activity, which combined fitness, fun, and teamwork. Designed to build strength, endurance, and confidence. The children ran, jumped, lifted and laughed their way through some awesome fitness challenges set up by Grace & Judith. It was some craic!
