Childcare Form W/B 8th February 2021
A form must be completed before children are sent into school. Due to increased nos this is essential for us to ensure enough staff are available.
School is closed on Friday 12th February and week beginning 15th February for mid-term. Forms for childcare week beginning 22nd February will be sent out after 17th.
