This week we already awarded special certificates to those children who have surpassed their targets for the term. Today we congratulated two more word millionaires, Manus & Oisin P7 who join Aoibhlinn, Jack, Coen and Leah. Well done lads!
P7s have now read over 3 million words this term and P5s have read over 9 million words since last September! We are five books short of 4,000 for the school year which averages out at approx 40 books per child in P4, P5, P6 & P7. What an achievement in a school year when we had three months at home.
