A big thank you to Odhran’s mum who provided the ingredients for our P2 pancakes this morning. As Odhran has a severe egg allergy we made eggless pancakes in P2 today and as you can see they went down a treat. Most children had seconds and even thirds! 😋. Thank you Mairead and a special thank you Mrs. Davey who was head chef in our class today! 🥞🥞🥞
