This evening we enjoyed a very enlightening presentation and workshop with Cormac from HiPerformance Consultancy. Cormac explained how we as parents can help our children excel through stressful situations, whether they be exams, sporting occasions or changes. On Friday our P7s will enjoy a workshop with Cormac and work on some of the key points that were explained tonight. Thanks to Cormac and special thanks to everyone who came along tonight.
