Good morning

I hope you all had a lovely weekend. It was nice to be outside in the garden at the weekend, planting seeds and tidying up for the summer.

I't's been a very busy morning in school today. When I came in this morning, I heard a strange noise in the hall. When I went I got the shock of my life! Check out the video. Thankfully he could speak full English and told me his name was Victor and he was a little bit lost. He was looking for Belfast Zoo, so I used Google maps and gave him directions. Hopefully he finds his way there quickly and doesn't end up in any of your houses instead!!! Photographic evidence would be required!

Happy Birthday today to Owen in P1. There's been a few birthdays since we've been off, so belated congrats to Joshua, Christopher, Aoife M, Emilie C, Orlaith B, Donall, Isla, Cliodhna M, Harry M, Lorcan C, Mollie, Harry L, Matthew McC. I hope you all enjoyed some nice cake at least!

Yesterday was Palm Sunday, the beginning of Holy Week. There are some useful resources on our website. Just click on:

Lent is almost over, so try even harder this week to keep your Lenten promises. I know it's been tough, especially with the current set of circumstances.

Your teachers have been busy again getting some work ready and it is available via Seesaw and school website as usual. All of the teachers are meeting today via video link and we'll be able to explain how things will progress after Easter later this week. It's very difficult to plan ahead, but we'll hopefully be able to ensure everything is in order before Thursday.

In the meantime stay safe and well.
