Our P7s and boys and girls from Strangford, Killough, Dunsford, Ballycruttle and Kilclief enjoyed a day of sport and craic in the nearby Saul Centre last week. Due to the heavy rain on Thursday morning, everyone made their way indoors and took part in long jump, high jump, skipping, sprint, javelin, shot putt and hopping relay. Teachers from each school ensured everyone took part, even Sam in P7 who used his crutches to start the hopping race!
Every one received a special medal and each school received a commemorative certificate that they could display back at school. Thanks to all the other schools for coming along and helping with such a good day.
